Job summary

Accurx, a London-based healthtech company, is hiring an Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data-driven team. You’ll expand data modelling, build scalable analytics foundations, and turn data into strategic assets used across Product, BI and Engineering.

In this role you’ll own the Snowflake data warehouse presentation layer, deliver production-grade models, and champion self-serve analytics while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience as Analytics Engineer in a modern data team.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, and dbt expertise.
• Experience with data ingestion tools like Fivetran or Python pipelines.
• Cloud experience in Azure and data governance.
• Ability to communicate architecture to stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the presentation layer of our Snowflake data warehouse, modelling complex domains end-to-end using dbt.
• Design high-impact data models and scalable analytics blueprints that teams can trust.
• Partner with BI and Analytics to deliver production-grade models that fuel insights.
• Improve data model performance and Snowflake warehouse design for compute efficiency and scalability.
• Set, uphold, and scale data quality, automated testing, and documentation standards.
• Champion self-serve analytics and train non-technical colleagues to explore data with BI tools.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews and planning.
• Support strategic data initiatives and automation across engineering teams.
