The UKI HVS Strategy team is a high-performance team chartered with supporting senior sales leadership in driving the business forward. Salesforce is looking for a Sales Strategy Senior Analyst to support the UKI Sales Development organisation across our business planning, developing in-depth analyses and building reporting tools to track the performance of the business. This person will be responsible for generating actionable insights for our sales leaders and will assist on a number of transformational and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Be the business partner to the UKI SalesDev Business, partnering closely with stakeholders, driving accountability and managing the operational governance
- Manage key operational tasks such as monthly comp submission, TOPS cases, quota changes and reporting discrepancies
- Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the SalesDev Go-To-Market plan for partnered Operating Units under the annual sales strategy planning cycle. This includes account segmentation, resource allocation, territory assignment, compensation, quota setting, etc.
- Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to leadership
- Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include PipeGen performance, BDR participation, white space analysis, monitoring Conversation Rates etc) with ease
- Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable PipeGen across all business units, coordinate weekly forecast calls to track status
- Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organise monthly business reviews
- Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes
- Collaborate pro-actively with cross-functional teams such as Recruiting, Employee Success, Finance, Sales Programs, COO functions
- Actively participate in the wider High Velocity team activities; mentoring analysts, helping to coordinate learning, social events and encourage cross-collaboration
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience, ideally in management consulting or in business operations for an online / SaaS company, ideally in sales/business development.
- Advanced knowledge of G-Suite (Sheets, Slides). Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Snowflake would be a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, ability to conduct business in another European language is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

- An outgoing, open personality with a clear desire to learn and develop.
