Senior Analyst - Purchase to Pay

Contract: 8 months FTC - Contract ending on 31st March 2026

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Finance Services team (EFS) as a Senior Analyst. We're looking for an Analyst experienced with SAP/SAGE and SOX compliance who understands finance transactions, specifically 'Purchase to Pay'. Most importantly, you will have stakeholder management experience with a focus on service delivery and improvement.

You will be part of Enterprise Finance Services (EFS), responsible for managing our outsourced strategic partner, reporting to the Purchase to Pay Service Delivery Manager. You will work closely with our outsource partner, other EFS teams, finance teams, and divisional management.

Key responsibilities
  1. Ensuring service performance and levels are maintained, minimizing problems with daily service delivery.
  2. Overseeing audits to ensure compliance with contracts, terms, and regulations, and resolving issues as needed.
  3. Supporting compliance with accounting principles, SOPs, and company policies.
  4. Working through others to resolve requests, identifying internal customer pain points.
What you'll need to have
  • Experience in end-to-end PTP process with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of local ERP systems (SAP).
  • Experience supporting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to excel.
Desirable skills or experience
  • Understanding of Service Management and agile learning.
  • 2+ years in accounting operations or shared services roles.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable in Real Estate or CPA licensure.
