We are JLL-the world’s leading commercial real estate firm. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our national Project and Development Services (PDS) business intelligence team. Our PDS group delivers more than just a project. JLL manages the design and construction of real estate projects from beginning to end – handling every detail on our clients’ behalf – in order to deliver the largest return on investment. From corporate office fit-outs and move management, to the rollout of multiple retail sites, to the construction of distribution centers, we deliver projects inspired by our clients’ business vision. We help improve speed to market while effectively managing costs-- all while transforming the spaces where people live, work and play.

The Senior Analyst has responsibility for data, reporting and analytics processes that touch all aspects of service delivery across Project and Development Services. The role is critical to the success of the client relationship in driving performance management, process improvement, and innovation thru fact-based decision making. Growing analytics capability is an essential deliverable. The successful candidate will drive analysis and data interpretation to continuously improve the delivery channel and sales efforts. The analyst will develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, maintain quality, minimize risk, add value and ensure continuous improvements to account and markets project services.

The activities for the role include:

  • Delivery of high value data interpretation and predictive analysis
  • Analyzing performance data to recognize historical trends that can be used to forecast probable results
  • Leading responses to patterns, turning data into information, information into action and action into value
  • Differentiating JLL by partnering with our Business Intelligence and Information Technology Organizations to deliver technology solutions such as automated ad-hoc and standard reporting that support sales initiatives
  • Delivering high quality, action-oriented, compelling analysis intended to transform project management behaviors and techniques
  • Designing data integration from multiple systems into manageable data warehouses and analytic data models.
  • Streamlining and automating reporting through various data connection and coding techniques
  • Driving benchmarking analysis while leveraging internal data
  • Leveraging external industry research and analysis while providing insight to leadership on industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Technology or related field required. MBA or Masters degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field preferred. Experience with process improvement. Six Sigma Black belt a plus.
  • 4+ years of relevant data analytics work experience
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience building self-service reporting solutions using enterprise-level BI tool deployments (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and driving adoption across the organization
  • Experience with modern data architecture, data integration/ETL, data warehousing, and/or business intelligence deployed in a complex environment.
  • Understanding of data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.
  • Able to think logically, organize workflows efficiently, and solve problems independently.
  • Ability to document business user stories and communicate back to data architecture team
  • Outstanding communication skills—oral and written
  • Creative problem solving capabilities with ability to drive results and provide relevant solutions to clients

Estimated total compensation for this position: 88,000.00 – 126,500.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
