A leading low-cost airline is seeking a Senior Analyst to enhance operations through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include developing analytical tools and visuals to improve on-time performance and streamline decision-making. Candidates should have strong data analysis skills, experience with SQL and data visualization tools, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Hybrid working is offered, requiring 3 days in the office.
Our Operations Insight & Improvement team plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly. The team uses data and insights to spot trends, understand what’s driving performance, and identify opportunities to make things better for our people and our customers. With ambitious goals across the operation, this team helps shape how we work today – and how we’ll improve tomorrow.
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be right at the heart of how we turn data into action. You’ll own and develop the tools that help us understand what’s driving on-time performance across our network, using data and insight to highlight where we can make the biggest impact.
You’ll bring stories to life through clear, engaging visuals and analysis, helping teams across Operations understand what’s working and what needs to change. Working closely with our IT and Data Science teams, you’ll build models, dashboards and processes that make decision-making simpler and smarter.
It’s a varied role where you’ll get to test ideas, find patterns, and help shape solutions that directly improve the reliability of our operation – and ultimately, the experience our customers have every day.
You’ll have solid experience working with data to solve real problems, ideally in a commercial or operational setting. You’ll be comfortable working with SQL and either Python or R, and know your way around tools like Tableau, PowerBI or similar to bring insights to life.
You’ll have a genuine curiosity about how things work and enjoy using data to make a difference. You’ll be confident explaining your findings to a range of stakeholders, comfortable managing your own workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly.
If you love turning numbers into stories, spotting trends others might miss, and want to help shape the future of one of Europe’s leading airlines – this could be the role for you.
This full-time role will be based in Luton. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office with some travel required.
At easyJet our aim is to make low-cost travel easy – connecting people to what they value using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.
It takes a real team effort to carry over 100 million passengers a year across 35 countries. Whether you’re working as part of our front-line operations or in our corporate functions, you’ll find people that are positive, inclusive, ready to take on a challenge, and that have your back. We call that our ‘Orange Spirit’, and we hope you’ll share that too.
