3. Growth/Opportunity Hook

  • This role offers the chance to shape Vixio's analytical agenda, build subject matter expertise in payments and broader financial services regulation, and represent the company externally as a thought leader

4. Core Value Proposition

  • We're looking for someone curious, resilient, and confident, who thrives on asking the right questions, delivering high-quality work under pressure, and communicating with clarity and impact

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  • Perform horizon scanning to ensure that all regulatory updates are captured and documented
  • Participate in broader editorial discussions around trends and coverage ideas
  • Document and share notes and insights gleaned from interviews, events, sources with the Insights & Analysis team and the wider business
  • Support the Editor in the day-to-day planning and execution of content production, review, and publishing
  • Act as a mentor to more junior colleagues, guiding their development and their understanding of the subject matter
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Reg Intel team to integrate insights from the platform into forward-looking analysis

Performance expectations:

  • Deliver a consistent pipeline of high-value Insights (news analysis pieces) and Regulatory Influencers (longer, more nuanced analysis pieces), while also contributing to Outlooks (long-form forward-looking reports), podcasts, and webinars in line with team objectives
