Job summary

AustralianSuper, one of the world’s largest pension funds with a London hub, seeks a Senior Analyst, Vendor Relationships UK to oversee third-party providers across international operations. You’ll manage governance, contract and data-services, partnering with Investments, Operations, Risk and Technology to deliver scalable vendor solutions.

Reporting to the Manager, Vendor Relationships UK, you will ensure vendors meet SLAs, drive improvements, and align with our risk framework and policy

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investment operations or vendor management.
• Experience with market data services and licensing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third-party providers under the Third Party Management Framework.
• Lead governance forums, service reviews and performance discussions with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, data quality and SLA delivery; manage risks.
• Oversee end-to-end market data provision and contract management with vendors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define vendor requirements and scalable solutions.
• Escalate and drive resolution on vendor-related issues.
• Support cross-regional governance for consistency in vendor management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new vendor services and tech capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to reduce manual processes and improve value for money.
