Circle is a financial technology company at the epicenter of the emerging internet of money, where value can finally travel like other digital data — globally, nearly instantly and less expensively than legacy settlement systems. This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure – including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar – helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

What You’ll Be Part Of

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Circle is seeking a Senior Analyst, Policy and regulatory strategy, EMEA to play a critical role in shaping our regulatory strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll be at the forefront of policy and regulatory developments in key growth markets, helping Circle navigate complex environments and scale our global footprint.

You’ll drive in-depth regulatory and market analysis and engagement that will contribute to cross-functional internal workstreams and to the development of the Circle approach towards these EMEA markets. Successful candidates thrive in complexity and a dynamically changing environment, and will be eager to learn, grow, and work dynamically across teams, contributing directly to Circle’s success in the region.

What You'll Work On

  • Track, analyze, and synthesize evolving regulatory and legislative developments across EMEA (including EU, UK, MENA, and SSA) that impact Circle’s business.
  • Lead and draft consultation responses, position papers, and thought leadership on stablecoins and crypto-assets.
  • Shape proactive policy strategies to advance Circle’s priorities and mitigate risks.
  • Support and drive bilateral and multilateral engagements with industry experts, regulators and policymakers.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (e.g. product or market strategy workstreams) aimed at driving growth and compliance in new markets.
  • Develop internal and external-facing documentation including memos, factsheets, briefings, and presentation materials.
  • Support operational excellence by helping to manage key policy processes, tools, and systems.

What You’ll Bring To Circle

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services, public policy, regulatory affairs, or legal/economics roles—ideally with exposure to crypto-assets or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge and genuine interest in stablecoins, crypto-assets, and financial innovation.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to connect dots across policy, business, and technology domains.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to translate complex ideas for different audiences.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with lots of ambiguity.
  • Curiosity, agility, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn and build.
  • Proficiency with Slack, MacOS, and Google Workspace tools.
  • A degree in public policy, law, economics, finance, or a related field.
