About The Role

Join us on a mission to unlock SharkNinja’s next wave of international growth. We’re searching for a brilliant analytical mind to help lead the charge as a Senior Analyst in our Global Market Intelligence team.

You’ll be at the heart of SharkNinja’s global and category expansion strategy — diving deep into emerging markets, benchmarking competitors, and sizing categories. Your insights will shape billion-pound decisions across the business. Think of yourself as a puzzle master, juggling multiple priorities in our fast-paced, ever-evolving SharkNinja environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead market sizing across EMEA and LATAM to identify direct-to-market opportunities and expansion plays.

Size up 10 priority categories worth billions, helping guide investment in the areas with the biggest potential.

Deliver sharp competitor insights — who’s doing what, where, and how we win.

Own post-event reporting for key retail moments like Prime Day and Black Friday — helping us assess performance and sharpen our strategy.

Be a commercial thought partner to Marketing and Product teams — informing everything from innovation to go-to-market plans.

Support external analyst engagement with compelling insights and market talking points.

Elevate how we work — transitioning reporting from Excel into Power BI for smarter, faster decisions.

What You’ll Bring

A Creative analytical brain — you love diving into big datasets, spotting trends, and turning numbers into clear narratives.

Experience in market intelligence, category strategy, or commercial analytics — ideally in a global or fast-moving consumer business.

Advanced Excel know-how and a working knowledge of Power BI (or the appetite to learn fast).

Commercial instinct — you understand what makes a market tick and how to spot the next big opportunity.

Clear, confident communication — able to tell a story with data and influence senior stakeholders.

A proactive, curious mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to explore, you spot the signal in the noise.
