Job Title: Senior Analyst, Financial Modeling and Analysis

Location: Virtual, remote work possible

Team: Studio Business Group (SBG)

This newly created team will serve as a center of excellence for financial modeling and analysis, owning standards, maintaining up-to-date models for titles and projects, and supporting key decision-making processes such as greenlighting, reviews, and business development. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Financial Modeling Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis and provide insights on SBG portfolio performance
• Build and maintain financial P&L models for titles and projects
• Collaborate across the organization to support decision-making with financial insights and scenario planning
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in financial modeling standards
• Support business development, co-development, outsourcing, and external negotiations
• Conduct scenario planning and comparative analysis of financial scenarios
• Assist in consolidated financial planning during SBG cycles
• Prepare management reports and presentations with financial data and insights

Qualifications & Skills:

• BA/BS in business, strategy, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years in finance, investment analysis, or consulting with modeling and advisory responsibilities
• Interest in gaming is a plus, though industry experience is not required
• Proactive forecasting mentality, ensuring analysis reflects current information
• Passion for process excellence and continuous improvement
• Attention to detail and ability to review complex models quickly
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Self-starter with initiative and independence
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
