Responsibilities

Understand and support daily asset allocation and portfolio rebalancing for DC clients.
Assist with investigation and resolution of client and internal queries.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, controls and service standards.
Analyse data to identify discrepancies, trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Support the completion of reporting and monitoring activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Build knowledge of Northern Trust systems, processes and client requirements.
Work with colleagues across teams to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.
Support technology and process enhancement initiatives through testing and feedback.
