Job summary

Equifax UK is seeking a Senior Analyst within our Data & Analytics division to deliver high-impact analytical support for external clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive revenue delivery.

You will apply Python and SQL to analyze credit-risk data, develop models, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role offers a structured career development framework and a mix of in-office collaboration (Mon-Thu) with Friday remote flexibility.

Qualifications

Numerical degree (2:1 or higher) required.
Experience with Python and SQL, ideally in credit risk.
Strong analytical aptitude and proactive approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Client-focused analytics: address queries on CRA data characteristics and scores.
Project delivery across credit strategy, model development, and bespoke analytics.
Data-driven problem solving using statistical methods and data sources.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve client profitability.
Utilize data mining tools and programming languages (Python & SQL) for data prep and analysis.
Collaborate to design robust analytical and commercial solutions for clients.
