The Global Sales Analytics & Insights team seeks an intellectually curious, consultative analyst who can turn complex business questions and data into clear insights and practical recommendations. Strategic Analysts develop a strong understanding of the business areas they support—including strategy, market dynamics, priority clients, key initiatives, and performance drivers—and use that context to identify opportunities, risks, and ways to improve execution.
On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Analyst, Data Analytics will partner with business leaders in the EMEA region to define analytical questions, combine and evaluate internal and external data, and translate findings into decision-ready recommendations. The Senior Analyst will independently lead analytical projects and workstreams, monitor business performance, identify trends and root causes, and communicate what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be considered. Depending on the business question, this may include advanced analytical techniques such as statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, predictive modeling, or scenario analysis. The role will also partner closely with Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Marketing, and data teams to translate recurring business needs into scalable dashboards, reporting, and data products. Work may involve tools such as Alteryx, Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and external data sources, but success in this role will be measured by the quality and business impact of the insights produced. A strong candidate will be comfortable working through ambiguity, selecting analytical methods appropriate to the question, building trusted stakeholder relationships, applying sound judgment, and communicating clearly with business audiences. Experience in asset management or financial services is helpful but not required; we will provide support in building the necessary industry and business knowledge.
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home.
