T. Rowe Price in London is seeking a qualified legal professional to support business operations across APAC, EMEA and Canada, with focus on EMEA. You will work with London and Luxembourg legal teams on funds, client agreements, and regulatory filings.
The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, monitoring regulatory developments, and coordinating with Compliance, outside counsel, and regulators. Remote work up to one day per week; independence and strong communication required.

The successful candidate will assist in providing legal support to T. Rowe Price’s business operations across APAC, EMEA and Canada, with a primary focus on EMEA. He/she will work closely with the Legal teams based in London and Luxembourg, as well as other members of the EMEA and APAC Global Legal Advisory teams, in supporting funds, separate accounts, registration and related matters. The role will involve a wide variety of predominantly asset management assignments, with core coverage in EMEA, with occasional support in wider APAC, EMEA and Canada matters. The successful candidate will receive supervision but may be required to work independently in some cases and, in due course, may be responsible for final document negotiations. He/she will also work with various associates in other business units.
