The Senior Analyst - Data & AI will lead client engagements across data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI transformation. They will advise senior stakeholders, design frameworks, deliver high-quality outputs, and mentor Analysts. This is a high-impact role, balancing client delivery, business development, and thought leadership, while helping shape the consultancy's growing Tech, Data & AI practice.

• 4-6 years' consulting or transformation experience with strong data/AI expertise
• Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and strong Excel skills; exposure to data platforms desirable
• Experience in data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI solution design
• Track record of owning deliverables and leading workstreams
• Flexible - remote-first working model (client site, home, IOD Piccadilly base)
