Your Role

As an Analyst in the Capital Markets team, you will play an instrumental role in executing FINN's funding strategy. This client-facing role focuses on structuring and executing institutional funding solutions, especially asset-backed finance structures.

  • Over 2 years of experience in banking or fintech, preferably in structured or auto-finance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, with strong communication skills, and a passion for structured finance.
  • Ambitious, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; ability to travel if based in London.
  • Bonus: CFA or similar qualifications, experience with Bloomberg, Intex, Python/SQL, or data analysis tools.
