About the Role:

You will support data-driven decision-making by analysing internal and external data, resolving data quality or integrity issues, creating accurate and insightful reports, and developing dashboards and visualisations. You will support research projects and Marketing Operations and provide insights to business decision-makers. You will report to the Senior Manager - Business Intelligence.

This role is intended to be a hybrid position, working from our London office, but we are also open to hiring remotely. You will ideally start in October 2025

You Will:

  • Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support our goals.

  • Define Segmentation models across the Association's Propositions, Programmes and audiences

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting by performing regular data audits and troubleshooting issues to promote confidence in a single source of truth.

  • Design interactive dashboards and reports that track our performance, using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).

  • Use data visualisation best practices to present complex data in a clear and personalised manner for partners.

  • Maintain close working relationship with IT teams to help monitor and improve data and improve existing intelligence tools and systems to improve analysis.

  • Conduct ad-hoc support to business leaders and teams including answering specific business questions with relevant data insights.

  • Use a hybrid work schedule

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in building dashboards and delivery insights to business teams

• Experience using Python and Power BI
