Enhance Customer Strategies: Improve customer experience, credit quality, and segment growth across Consumer Lending.
Optimise Affordability and Eligibility: Use data-driven insights and portfolio performance analysis to shape affordability strategies aligned with stakeholder goals.
Deliver Analytical Excellence: Apply segmentation, modelling, and analytical tools to generate actionable recommendations.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver joined-up solutions that support our strategic goals.
Drive Innovation and Learning: Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, supporting the development of new data capabilities.
Proven experience in an analytical, credit, or product-focused role.
Strong data and analytics skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights using concise visuals and narratives to support lending strategy discussions with senior partners.
Proficiency in SAS/SQL and solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools.
Experience using segmentation and modelling to support decision-making.
Background in Consumer Lending product environments.
