Join us as a Senior Analyst in our Digital Marketing team to help drive business performance analysis for the International organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Analytics professional experienced in tracking key metrics impacting business performance across markets, providing insights into growth drivers, and making recommendations for improvement.

• The hybrid work pattern requires at least three days a week at our global HQ in Solihull, UK.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent SQL skills and understanding of database structures.
• Ability to present key business information confidently to senior leadership and engage in discussions beyond just providing numbers.
• Clear, concise communication skills to convey complex issues simply.
• Experience with mathematical/statistical methods.
• Extensive experience with P&L and profitability drivers among business KPIs.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python is a plus.
• Experience with dashboarding tools, preferably Tableau.
• Understanding of core KPIs for success in e-commerce and apparel businesses.
• Significant experience in an apparel-based business, covering both e-commerce and physical retail models.
