Qualifications

• Expérience en SQL et une certaine en Python.
• Travail sur problématiques d'analyse clients, croissance, ou tarification.
• Capacité à présenter de manière confiante à des parties prenantes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborer avec produit, marketing et finance pour répondre à des questions stratégiques.
• Analyser la rentabilité par salon, région ou cohorte.
• Plonger dans la segmentation client et les performances d'entonnoir.

Senior Analyst - SaaS & Marketplace | £70K + Benefits | Hybrid (Central London)

A fast-scaling European tech company in the beauty & wellness space is hiring multiple Senior Analysts to join their high-performing data team. This is a chance to work at the intersection of B2B SaaS and B2C marketplace, shaping strategy with real commercial impact.

You'll partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to answer big questions:

• How can we acquire more high-value partners?

• What does profitability look like by salon, region, or cohort?

• How do we optimize pricing and drive customer loyalty?

Expect to deep dive into customer segmentation, lifetime value, cohort behaviour, and funnel performance-all powered by a strong modern stack: Redshift, SQL, Python, and Looker.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Love solving business problems with data

• Have strong SQL and some Python experience

• Have worked on customer analytics, growth or pricing problems

• Can confidently present to senior stakeholders

?You'll be working with experienced Lead Analysts, and the CFO will be one of your key stakeholders.
?Hybrid - 2 days per week in a Central London office
