We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Analysis Engineer to join our team in delivering offshore renewables analysis scopes across all project phases – from early engineering through to construction. This role is ideal for an engineer with expertise in Cable Protection Systems (CPS), dynamic cable design, mooring systems and cable lay modelling, including local stress analysis and fatigue assessment. Candidates with a background in oil & gas and a willingness to adapt are also encouraged to apply. You will play a key role in producing high‑quality technical work with minimal supervision and mentoring junior engineers within the team. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute across a diverse range of tasks.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver analysis scopes including cable lay modelling, dynamic cable design, CPS modelling, mooring design and installation analysis
  • Use OrcaFlex as the primary analysis tool; familiarity with UFLEX, Helica, the Python programming language and other relevant software is advantageous
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their development and up‑skilling
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and internal standards
  • Contribute to technical proposals and support ITT responses where required
  • Support other disciplines to provide technical or written input on a broad range of subjects as required, e.g. port studies, floater design, etc.
Role Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience (Chartered Engineer status is preferred) and a relevant Engineering or Naval Architecture degree
  • Strong ability with OrcaFlex software, analysis processes and offshore construction processes (some offshore experience is preferred)
  • Offshore renewables related analysis modelling experience, covering cable lay, CPS installation, dynamic cable design and mooring design
  • Strong report writing ability
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation and to external clients and subcontractors
Benefits
  • Market Competitive Salary to ensure that your efforts and inputs are valued
  • Diverse, inclusive, respectful and welcoming place to work
  • Enhanced parental and shared parental leave pay policies available from day one of employment
