SmartSearch is seeking a Compliance Executive to advise and support the group on regulatory compliance, product and operational controls, and risk management across KYC, KYB, AML and sanctions. You will help ensure teams follow policies and respond to evolving regulations.

In this role you will lead certification and assurance activities, mentor teams, and work closely with Product, Technology and Legal to maintain compliant, scalable client solutions.

Qualificações

• Desirable AML/compliance qualification.
• Experience in compliance, financial crime or regulatory advisory.
• Ability to translate regulatory change into actionable steps.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall compliance oversight across SmartSearch Group and products.
• Lead certification, accreditation and assurance activities with regulators and auditors.
• Act as the principal compliance SME for AML, CTF, sanctions and data protection.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal and Sales to ensure compliant offerings.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and trends to drive improvements.
