Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Aligne Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, focusing on energy trading processes and Aligne platform improvements.

You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, model data flows, and design solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture, while coordinating across global regions.

The role emphasizes UAT planning, quality assurance, and mentoring junior analysts, with a view to delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with 3+ years in ETRM/Commodity Trading.
• Strong knowledge of Aligne platform and energy trading processes.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Experience with UAT planning and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with data quality, governance, and process modelling.
• Mentorship of junior analysts and contribution to best practices.
• Experience coordinating across global stakeholders and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform impact analysis for new initiatives, enhancements, and issues.
• Define business solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Participate in solution design discussions and review technical solutions.
• Serve as SME for the Aligne application and advise on configuration.
• Engage with global stakeholders, lead workshops, and manage expectations.
• Create acceptance test plans, support UAT, and coordinate defects.
• Analyse processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Mentor junior BAs and contribute to standards and training.
