Job summary

Aircraft Leasing and Management Ltd (ALM) seeks a motivated Portfolio Analyst to join its Portfolio team in Crawley. You will manage lease administration, contract oversight, billing and reporting for a leased aircraft portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, you will work with Finance, Legal and Commercial teams to ensure data accuracy, performance tracking and timely information delivery across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in aircraft leasing, portfolio management or related aviation role.
• Experience using Leasepoint or similar lease/asset management system is essential.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI experience is advantageous.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lease & Contract Management: admin day-to-day aircraft lease agreements and docs.
• Billing & Receivables: prepare lease billing and monitor payments.
• Lessee & Stakeholder Management: main point of contact for lessees and counterparties.
• Asset Oversight & Compliance: monitor utilisation, maintenance reserves, and covenants.
• Reporting & Forecasting: support dashboards, trackers and cash flow forecasts.
• Systems & Data Management: own Leasepoint; drive data governance and reporting enhancements.
