A fantastic opportunity has arisen with my client for a Senior Charter Broker (Private Jets) on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified sales prospects by targeting existing and potential clients through cold/warm calls, networking, in–person visits (UK/Abroad as required), emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Keep an accurate and tidy CRM record of all clients, ensuring their contact details are up to date.
- Identify new potential areas for business development.
- Initiate and maintain business relationships with existing & prospective customers, airline & other suppliers, focusing on building long–term, meaningful relationships.
- Oversee charter quotes by identifying and understanding customer needs to recommend the most appropriate charter options.
- Manage charter flight bookings from enquiry to completion, including all pre–flight arrangements with handling agents, ground transport, catering, etc. Ensure all contracts, invoices, and trip sheets are sent to the client and uploaded into CRM promptly.
- Review airline documentation (contracts, insurance, AOC, Argus & Wyvern reports) to mitigate risk and ensure contractual clauses are covered (training provided).
- Monitor aircraft arrivals/departures and communicate updates to customers. Troubleshoot flight issues and handle post–flight closeouts.
- Follow standard operating procedures for sales, including sales calls.
- Be willing and flexible to travel globally for company business (meetings, networking, flight representation).
- Perform other tasks, projects, and events as assigned by management.
- Assist in training junior brokers and support colleagues with advice and guidance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of aircraft charter experience.
- A passion for aviation.
- Self–motivated with a high degree of autonomy.
- Calm, positive, and able to work under pressure.
- Tenacious and persistent in challenging situations.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and telephone manners.
- Team player with good collaboration skills within local and international teams.
- Adaptable to feedback and change.
- Second language is a plus but not essential.
- Right to work in the UK.
