Qualifications

• Professional experience within air quality and/or climate change consultancy.
• Good knowledge of the UK property, planning and development sector.
• Strong technical and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Confidence working directly with clients and project teams.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and the desire to contribute beyond your immediate project work.

Responsibilities

• Leading air quality and climate change work across development projects.
• Providing specialist input from early-stage site acquisition and master-planning through to planning.
• Developing strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Providing clear technical advice that helps inform development decisions.
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality consultancy projects.
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Contributing to the wider development and growth of the Southampton team.
