Job summary

Spheretech Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our nationwide team, carrying out service, maintenance and installation across commercial sites.

You will work on split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems, travel nationwide and stay away when required. A full UK driving licence and the ability to pass vetting are essential; you’ll deliver high-quality workmanship and clear customer communication.

Spheretech Ltd is looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, working across a range of commercial sites nationwide.

We welcome applications from experienced service and maintenance engineers, installation engineers, or those with experience across both disciplines.

The role

Depending on your experience, your work will include:

• Planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems.
• Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs.
• Installation, replacement and commissioning of equipment.
• Working on split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems.
• Completing accurate job reports and communicating clearly with customers and the office.
• Working independently and alongside other engineers to deliver safe, high-quality work.
• Relevant hands-on experience in air conditioning service, maintenance or installation.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Must successfully pass police vetting to access sites where this is required. Employment is subject to successful completion of the required vetting.
• Reliability, good communication and a professional approach.
• Pride in your workmanship and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required

Experience across different manufacturers and commercial systems would be an advantage.
