Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer to help realize this vision. The AI/ML Platform Engineering team builds a comprehensive platform of tools and services, covering MLOps/DevOps across cloud and HPC environments, aiming to decrease development time and improve engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a key engineer for the AIML platform, contributing technical expertise in areas like GenAI, DevOps, Compute, and Cloud.
2. Design major software components, develop production code in Python, and participate in design and PR reviews.
3. Ensure platform usability, reproducibility, and performance at scale.
4. Integrate with DataOps and Data Engineering products for optimal ML training performance.
5. Lead or participate in scrum teams, contributing technical expertise and innovative strategies.
6. Promote best practices in engineering discipline, including CI/CD.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Significant industry experience in software engineering.
• Experience in AIML engineering, including large-scale model training and deployment.

Preferred:

• Deep knowledge of Python, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and MLOps tools.
• Experience with HPC systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and agile development tools.
