Job summary

Metrica Recruitment is partner to organisations aiming to scale AI at an enterprise level. We seek a senior consultant to define and deliver AI-enabled transformation strategies across strategy, architecture and execution, embedding generative and agentic AI into core business processes.

You will shape operating models, roadmaps, and data/AI architecture while contributing to propositions and growth across the AI Strategy practice. Hybrid working and senior stakeholder exposure are key benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data, AI, cloud or technology consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of AI, generative AI and data platforms.
• Experience shaping enterprise architecture or transformation roadmaps.
• Proven stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy engagements from discovery through to execution
• Design enterprise AI operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Shape generative AI and agentic AI use cases across industries
• Define data, cloud and AI architecture direction aligned to business value
• Develop proof of concepts and support scalable AI adoption strategies
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI value, risk, governance and delivery
