Job summary

Sharegain is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our R&D team. You will deliver scalable web applications from idea to production, handling all aspects of software development—from architecture and security to scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of AI & agent systems, cloud infrastructure maintenance, and driving technical excellence in a production-critical environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• LLM experience: write, optimize, and measure prompts and applications; production-grade systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: SOLID, TDD, version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Deep CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, computer architecture impact on performance.
• Experience with microservices, CQRS, event sourcing patterns.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience designing and building microservices architectures.
• Team player with a problem-solver mindset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of AI and agent systems from architecture to production.
• Own the full model quality lifecycle from experimentation to production monitoring and improvement.
• Cloud infrastructure design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cloud applications.
• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, and timely delivery in a production-critical environment.
• Translate business needs into concrete system architectures and implement across the stack.
