Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of progressive software engineering delivering complex solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native designs in AWS or equivalent and microservices.
• Experience building AI-enabled systems and production-grade software.
• Strong patterns for AI engineering: orchestration, tool integration, retrieval systems.
• Ability to design scalable APIs, data models, and service interfaces.
• Proven debugging, problem solving, and system design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and business.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and evolve production-grade AI agents and systems.
• Own major components across the software lifecycle with minimal guidance.
• Apply deep technical expertise to AI engineering problems and decisions.
• Support Build-Operate-Transfer by incubating AI products for production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Contribute to reusable AI capabilities and platform components.
• Promote strong engineering practices: testing, reviews, CI/CD, observability.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and share technical guidance.
