Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI applications using LLMs.
• Ability to design, test, and operate production-grade services and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and operates backend services and AI-powered features behind Moody's intelligent data products.
• Own the delivery of assigned features end to end, from design through deployment and production support.
• Build and enhance LLM features using retrieval augmented generation and orchestration frameworks.
• Contribute to design reviews, identify risks and trade-offs, and propose alternatives.
• Maintain automated testing, observability, monitoring, and on-call readiness.
• Mentor engineers and promote responsible AI practices across delivered features.
