• Strong background in prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability.
• Experience with cloud‑native architecture and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of API design, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.
• Ability to manage technical tradeoffs regarding AI latency, cost, and system performance.
• Commitment to engineering excellence, including CI/CD, automated testing, and clean code principles.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for architecting and developing full-stack solutions, utilising TypeScript and React to build robust systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs). Your day-to-day will involve supporting agentic workflows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) while ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in a production environment. You will lead the implementation of AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into shipped, production-ready features.
