Calyptus is seeking a senior AI recruitment specialist to lead the division and own end-to-end hiring for AI engineering, ML, data, research and product roles. You will run AI searches, qualify candidates daily, and manage the process from sourcing to close.

Work remotely with occasional trips to London; build relationships with leading AI companies and shape the growth of our AI recruitment desk. You should be a proven closer with leadership experience and deep AI market knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Proven AI or deep-tech recruitment experience.
• Strong closer with a track record of placements and billings.
• Senior enough to run a desk independently without hand-holding.
• Sharp communicator candidates and clients trust.
• Genuinely curious about AI with depth beyond buzzwords.
• Evidence of leadership, management or mentorship experience.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable owning work remotely.

Aufgaben

• Run active AI searches end to end, from sourcing through to close.
• Recruit across AI engineering, machine learning, data, research and product.
• Source through candidate databases, networks and effective channels.
• Speak to candidates daily, qualify them, build relationships and manage them through the process.
• Sell opportunities honestly and effectively to attract strong candidates.
• Develop new business by identifying emerging AI companies and opening client conversations.
• Help shape the direction, positioning and growth of our AI recruitment division.
