Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Lead AI Test Engineer to drive QA across AIML and Generative AI platforms. You will define end-to-end testing strategies, validate AI models for accuracy and bias, and lead QA across AI product development.

You will design test plans for LLM-based apps, build AI test automation in Python, and collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure robust quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA
• Hands-on experience validating AIML, Generative AI, and AI models
• Strong testing expertise across ML/data-driven systems

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end testing strategies for AI/ML and Generative AI
• Lead QA activities across AI product development for quality and security
• Design and execute test plans for LLM-powered applications and AI agents
• Develop and maintain AI test automation frameworks using Python
