Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK is expanding its AI Platform Engineering practice to deliver AI-driven transformations for clients. We seek senior/lead engineers to design, deploy and operate AI-ready infrastructure across cloud, on-premises and hybrid environments.

You will lead architecture reviews, run client workshops, and mentor colleagues while delivering scalable ML platform components and MLOps pipelines in a consulting context. London, Manchester, Glasgow; flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance or eligible to obtain clearance.
• Deep AI platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years across Azure/AWS/GCP and strong DevOps fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Be a senior/lead engineer on client AI platform engagements.
• Architect and deploy AI-ready infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Build and operate core AI platform components: model serving, gateway infrastructure, and governance layers.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps pipelines using IaC, GitOps, and CI/CD.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and executive briefings; mentor colleagues.
