Job summary

Synamedia is hiring an Gravity AI/ML Engineer in Weybridge to extend and shape ML/AI within Gravity Cloud. You will build models that deliver actionable intelligence for Gravity users and integrate them into production via cloud or edge architectures.

Expect to work with large datasets, collaborate across product and engineering teams, and contribute to data modeling and analytics standards for broadband and Wi‑Fi products.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI.
• Strong Python experience with ML frameworks and libraries.
• Solid background in Wi‑Fi and broadband gateway technologies.
• Experience applying LLMs to networking or automation tasks.
• Ability to work with noisy real‑world data and build scalable pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for Wi‑Fi performance prediction and anomaly detection.
• Implement root‑cause analysis for subscriber connectivity issues.
• Optimize channel selection, band steering, and mesh/extender behavior.
• Build scalable pipelines for feature extraction, data ingestion, and real‑time inference.
• Experiment with deep learning, time‑series forecasting, and reinforcement learning.
• Collaborate with firmware/hardware teams to define telemetry needs.
