Job summary

SGS is seeking a Senior Project Manager – AI & Innovation to lead and deliver strategic AI initiatives across Business Assurance IT. The role involves hands-on work with AI tools, prompt engineering, and rapid prototyping to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in project management or digital transformation, experience in AI-driven initiatives, and strong stakeholder management in a global, matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project management, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Experience in Certification/Business Assurance industry preferred.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI, automation, and innovation projects from concept through deployment.
• Work hands-on with AI tools and develop/refine prompts for business uses.
• Translate challenges into practical AI use cases, workflows, prototypes, and experiments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure governance, data quality, and measurable value across initiatives.
