bp is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager, Analytics & Innovation, to govern Generative AI, AI governance and emerging technologies across its global Supply, Trading & Shipping business. You will monitor external developments, translate risks into practical solutions, and partner with compliance, trading and technology teams to enhance analytics and trade-surveillance capabilities.

This role is based at Canary Wharf, London, with a hybrid model and regular in-office presence expected.

Competenze

• Significant experience governing or deploying Generative AI or AI-enabled solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, model risk, and data quality considerations.
• Experience translating regulatory or risk considerations into governance and delivery requirements.
• Credible working with data, engineering, product and technology teams.
• Experience designing or enhancing compliance monitoring, analytics or surveillance capabilities.

• Lead Analytics & Innovation within Ethics & Compliance across Supply, Trading & Shipping.
• Govern Generative and Agentic AI, AI governance, model risk and emerging technologies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and inform governance, controls and guidance.
• Identify use cases for Generative AI and automation, partnering with in-house tech teams.
• Build governance for agentic systems including human oversight and escalation.
• Enhance technology-enabled compliance monitoring and trade-surveillance capabilities.
• Maintain control-framework governance with standards, ownership and reporting.

• Support global project delivery with insights to senior leaders.
