Qualifikationen

• 7+ years building production software.
• Fluent Python skills, including async programming.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features or agents to real customers.
• Understanding of prompting, tool use, and context management.
• Experience measuring AI quality and using results to improve it.
• Strong API and tool design skills, including authentication.
• Proactively incorporates AI tools to improve productivity.
• Overlap with US time zones (Eastern preferred).
