Techmunity in London is building AI agents to automate real estate credit underwriting. We're hiring our first engineer to take over the codebase from the CTO and help shape the next hires.

You'll work on Python/FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend to implement auditable, end-to-end solutions. Ideal candidates have shipped LLM agent systems in production, with strong Python, and experience with evals, document extraction, and finance workflows where accuracy matters.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and running LLM agent systems in production.
• Strong production Python development skills.
• Frontend experience with React/TypeScript to own features end-to-end.
• Experience with evals, document extraction, and finance workflows.

Aufgaben

• Eval against analyst-reviewed ground truth.
• Develop human-in-the-loop agents that can pause and resume.
• Build and iterate auditable Excel financial models.
• Create document pipelines across PDFs, charts, and spreadsheets.
• Own Python/FastAPI backend and React/TypeScript frontend features.
