Job summary

Intec Select Limited seeks an AI Engineer to scale LLM-powered systems across the organisation. You will design AI agents and agentic workflows, own end-to-end delivery from exploration to production deployment, and work with MCP-style architectures and LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent frameworks to build reliable, scalable systems.

We require strong Python skills, solid ML foundations, and a product mindset focused on real-world usability, latency and cost.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher in a mathematical, scientific or computer science discipline.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade LLM-powered systems.
• Experience building AI agents with tool use, orchestration and multi-step reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Owning delivery end-to-end from exploration to production deployment.
• Working with MCP-style architectures (FastMCP/FastAPI) and LangChain/LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrating AI into products, APIs and core business workflows with a sharp eye on latency and cost.
• Collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure systems are observable, maintainable and built to last.
