Job summary

Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company transforming the UK wealth management market with AI-powered systems. This high-impact role reports to the Head of Data & Analytics and joins a team of experienced AI engineers building solutions that streamline adviser workloads and deliver better client outcomes.

You will design and deliver AI platforms, govern models, and build MLOps pipelines while collaborating across the business to translate requirements into scalable, secure AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data-driven systems or AI engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-powered systems to streamline admin tasks and support clients.
• Develop and maintain robust ML ops pipelines and model governance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and production plans.
