Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in London, on-site, offering 90,000–120,000 GBP plus equity and bi-annual salary reviews. You will lead full-stack AI-enabled features, spanning front-end, back-end, AI, and infrastructure, shaping product direction and AI strategy for a fast-scaling startup.

The role requires 4+ years in full-stack/product engineering, strong TS/React/Node.js skills, and hands-on AI/ML experience including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a full-stack or product engineering role.
• Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js development skills.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of computer vision and custom model training.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop full-stack AI-powered product features.
• Develop and optimise LLM, computer vision, and agent-based systems.
• Create evaluation, testing, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning frameworks.
• Work across front-end, back-end, DevOps, and MLOps environments.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
