Job summary

ASOS Studios is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and scale AI-powered image and video generation for millions of customers. You will work on LLM-driven workflows, multimodal embeddings and generative AI, partnering with ML engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality content at speed.

You will implement scalable data pipelines, standardise AI workflows, and apply MLOps practices to ensure reliable, responsible AI systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for computer vision.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying ML solutions end-to-end.
• Experience with generative AI systems, prompting, RAG and LLMs.
• Familiar with software development practices including version control, CI/CD, containers and monitoring for MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing AI solutions using LLMs and generative AI.
• Building scalable data pipelines with robust data preparation.
• Standardising and reusing AI workflows across domains.
• Applying MLOps principles including CI/CD, monitoring and model management.
• Collaborating with Cloud Infrastructure for secure, cost-effective AI environments.
• Embedding ethical and responsible AI practices to mitigate bias and risk.
• Fine tuning pre-trained models for specific use cases.
• Designing evaluation frameworks and benchmarking for AI models.
