Job summary

AXA XL in London is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions at scale within the Digital Factory team.

You will leverage AI-assisted coding tools, cloud platforms, and microservice architectures to deliver reliable, high-performance AI-powered features that transform digital operations.

Collaborate with data scientists and product teams, implement ML Ops, and ensure secure, scalable production deployments across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying AI at scale.
• Proficient in Python, R, Java and modern AI tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and reviews.
• Architect and maintain scalable microservices on cloud platforms.
• Integrate AI models into production with APIs and interfaces.
• Automate deployment with CI/CD pipelines and monitor performance.
• Apply ML Ops practices for model lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams and engineers.
• Troubleshoot AI infrastructure and optimize latency.
