AXA UK is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives, focusing on Agentic AI and large language models. You will guide multi-agent frameworks and develop core AI components, enabling advanced AI solutions across AXA services.
The role requires deep full-stack engineering, cloud deployment experience (Azure), and proficiency in Python, SQL, and Node.js. Flexible working with regular office presence is supported.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026.
