AND Digital in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build an automated AI DevX platform on Microsoft Azure, focusing on provisioning infrastructure, MCP integration, and robust agent deployment pipelines.

The role emphasizes IaC automation, CI/CD, and observability, with a strong DevOps culture and opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI tooling in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Terraform production-grade experience on Azure infrastructure.
• CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions with secrets management.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and agent orchestration.
• Containerized microservices on ACA or AKS in cloud env.
• Solid Azure networking, Entra ID and Docker fundamentals.
• Preferred certifications AZ-400 or AZ-104.

Responsibilities

• IaC & Platform Automation: author/maintain Terraform scripts for Azure resources and landing zones.
• Agent Pipelines & CI/CD: build automated pipelines for agentic workflows, evaluation, testing, and releases.
• MCP Integration: deploy MCP servers/gateways to connect AI agents to databases and APIs.
• Developer Enablement: create reusable templates and self-service IaC modules for onboarding AI developers.
• Observability & Telemetry: implement tracing/metrics with Azure Monitor and OpenTelemetry across runs.
