Job summary

Aily Labs GmbH is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Scientist or AI Engineer to join the Agents Team in BCN, MAD, or Munich. You will build and ship AI features, design models, and guide cross‑functional delivery with product, engineering and customers to drive real business impact.

The role blends business, analytics and AI with hands‑on development in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Legal work rights in EU required.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in data science or AI engineering.
• Ability to design and improve models, pipelines and experiments.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features with ownership over quality and performance.
• Design and improve models, pipelines and experimentation frameworks.
• Communicate with stakeholders and turn business requirements into AI solutions.
