Job summary

INDAM is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and scale Agentic AI, Generative AI and retrieval-augmented solutions powering customer-facing products globally.

You will work with Product, Platform and Engineering teams to develop production-grade AI systems and autonomous agents, shaping the future of AI across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production AI applications.
• Experience deploying Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or AutoGen.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI and RAG solutions.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and executing complex workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration and retrieval strategies.
• Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services on Azure.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.
• Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM and RAG solutions.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability and production deployment.
